We also boastfully have a management & cleaning service set up down there to provide you with all the resources you need to rent your unit out. With a small management percentage we market, book, host, clean, and provide guests with a seamless and wonderful experience.
In the current houseboat market at Lake Powell, it is extremely challenging to purchase your own new houseboat share. New 1 week shares are ranging from $200,000 to $300,000 with annual fees as high as $10,000 per year with demand extending out to 3 years. In addition, houseboats generally depreciate from year to year. Hotel rooms can be as high as $400 per night and there is limited availability of vacation rentals during the prime summer season. With our low entry costs, we want to make Lake Powell accessible to all.
