We have a unique opportunity, with a limited supply, for you to have ownership in the heart of Red Rock country. We have two options of ownership, either fractionalized or full ownership.
Option One: Full Ownership: Purchase your own unit and capitalize on the demand for vacation rental ownership. We have a management company in place to take care of all the details. Pricing options can include the unit being fully furnished for an easy turn key experience. Have your home away from home, that you can use when ever you want.

In the current houseboat market at Lake Powell, it is extremely challenging to purchase your own new houseboat share. New 1 week shares are ranging from $200,000 to $300,000 with annual fees as high as $10,000 per year with demand extending out to 3 years. In addition, houseboats generally depreciate from year to year. Hotel rooms can be as high as $400 per night and there is limited availability of vacation rentals during the prime summer season. With our low entry costs, we want to make Lake Powell accessible to all.
